• Goods must be adequately packed. The company is not liable for damage from poor packaging.
• Prohibited items (explosives, narcotics, toxic substances, live animals) are not allowed.
• Pickup/Delivery requires proof (signature/digital confirmation).
• Drivers wait up to 45 minutes; exceeding this may result in charges or cancellation.
• Shipment rejected at destination is considered delivered; no refunds will apply.
