Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: September 9, 2025

User Cancellations

• Before driver assignment → Free, full refund if prepaid.
• After driver assignment but before pickup → Fee (FTL 10%, PTL ₹50).
• After driver reaches pickup → Fee (FTL 25%, PTL 15%).
• After pickup (in transit) → No cancellation/refund.
• Due to incorrect vehicle or driver delay (>1 hour) → Full refund/rebooking.

Refund Process

• Refund initiated automatically on valid cancellation.
• Timeline: 7–10 business days to original payment method.

No Refunds

• If shipment is in transit.
• If receiver rejects shipment at delivery.
