Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Effective Date: September 9, 2025
User Cancellations
- Before driver assignment → Free, full refund if prepaid.
- After driver assignment but before pickup → Fee (FTL 10%, PTL ₹50).
- After driver reaches pickup → Fee (FTL 25%, PTL 15%).
- After pickup (in transit) → No cancellation/refund.
- Due to incorrect vehicle or driver delay (>1 hour) → Full refund/rebooking.
Refund Process
- Refund initiated automatically on valid cancellation.
- Timeline: 7–10 business days to original payment method.
No Refunds
- If shipment is in transit.
- If receiver rejects shipment at delivery.
